- When can I redeem my voucher? [+]Your vouchers activation time/date is shown on your voucher and in the 'Fine Print' of the promotion. You can only redeem your vouchers from this time onwards.
- I've received my voucher, so how do I redeem my earworms CD? [+]Go to our store and select your earworms CD, then....
- Add to Cart
- enter your voucher/coupon code in the 'Coupon Code' box
- if your code contains a forward slash (/) please omit this when entering
- click 'Apply'
- Fill out the 'Calculate Post & Packing' fields
- Scroll down and 'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Login & Checkout' if you are a returning customer - Your store says: ''My voucher / coupon code is not valid'' If you receive this message please ensure that: [+]
- You're not trying to redeem before the redemption time/date (FAQ No.1) or after the expiry date (FAQ No.12)
- You're not trying to redeem for a product that isn't in the offer, refer to the fine print, only Vol. 1 CD's are on offer
- You are entering the correct code i.e.. the Voucher or Coupon code, not the security code or any other codes.
- You are entering your code without any special characters, please omit forward slashes (/) if your code contains one
eg. a code 123/456 needs entering as 123456
- If you have copied & pasted your code please watch out for invisible spaces
eg. if you receive the message "code 123456 " is not valid, check for an added a space, in this example there is an inadvertent space after the digit 6, re-enter "123456" - I purchased more than one voucher, how does this work? [+]Many customers send our products to alternative addresses as gifts, so as with most online stores, you must redeem each voucher on a separate order.
Note: When you've been through the check-out process once, your address details are saved so for additional ordering the process becomes easier. - How many vouchers (earworms Volume 1 CD's) can I buy? [+]Please refer to the promotion 'Fine Print' - but we generally do not apply limits to the amount of earworms CD vouchers that you can purchase.
- Do I have to pay for shipping/delivery on every voucher/CD? [+]Yes. Our shopping cart can only accommodate a single (one time use) code per product redemption - and many customers buy as gifts and deliver to destinations other than their own home.
- How do I pay for shipping? [+]When you enter your billing and delivery address details, the shipping cost will automatically be calculated and displayed.
- What are the Postage & Packing (delivery) costs? [+]The following prices apply:
• UK Groupon delivery = £2.00 GBP within UK, Rest of world = £3.50 GBP
• Aus Groupon delivery = £2.60 GBP Approx $4, within Aus, £2.00 GBP within UK, Rest of world = £3.50 GBP
• SA Groupon delivery = £2.50 GBP Approx R30, within SA, £2.00 GBP within UK, Rest of world = £3.50 GBP - Can I use my voucher for an earworms Volume 2 CD? [+]No, as clearly stated on the deal 'Fine Print' and on your voucher, the promotion applies to all Volume 1 CDs from our range only.
You can add an unlimited quantity of Volume 2 CDs to your shopping cart and get a 35% discount by entering the code MBT in the coupon code box.
Note: You will not be charged additional P+P when you add Volume 2 CDs to your voucher order. - Can I use my voucher for an earworms Mp3 download? [+]No, as clearly stated on the deal 'Fine Print' and on your voucher, the promotion applies to all Volume 1 CD's from our range only.
- Can I use my voucher for an earworms App (Android or Apple)? [+]No, as clearly stated on the deal 'Fine Print' and on your voucher, the promotion applies to all Volume 1 CD's from our range only.
- When does my voucher expire, how much time do I have to redeem it? [+]Your voucher validity period (expiry date) is printed on your voucher.
- I didn't receive a voucher / I can't find my voucher? [+]We (earworms MBT) do not have access to your personal voucher details. To recover your voucher or code, please refer to the website that you purchased it from. Tip: Many group buying websites allow you to login to your account and view, print or re-print a copy of the voucher that was emailed to you.
- Can I get a refund on my voucher? [+]Refunds can only be administered by the group buying website that you bought your voucher from.
Please refer to the 'Terms and Conditions' of your group buying website and submit all such enquiries to them. - I'd like to know more about the science behind earworms MBT, the method, the effectiveness and how to use this system? [+]
